- 18 month Phased programme, PF-CW1 public works contract, Continuous live school operations,
- 7 acres over 2 sites
- 2,400m² New build over two floors
- 2,450m2 Renovations over 2 sites
- 6,000m³ Excavations,
- 24 Classrooms, 13 SET Rooms, GP Hall, Multi-Purpose Room, Library, Management and Administration Offices, Reception space and Staff Facilities.
- Complete renovation of existing building with full integration of all M&E services within ‘Whole Building’ BMS system.
- Alterations, refurbishment and safety compliance upgrades to ‘Old Boys School’ to provide additional accommodation on site 2.
- In-situ concrete framed structure.
- Structural steel framing and standing seam composite roof panel structures,
- New roof membrane installations to existing school flat roofing,
- New staff Car Parking & set down area.
- Road re-alignment.
- Foul & Surface water drainage systems, with Main sewer line diversions.
- Water main upgrade to public road in co-ordination with Uisce Eireann.
- Overhead electric line diversions in co-ordination with ESB Networks.
- Storm Water Attenuation Systems,
- Communications and ESB supply ducting
- Boundary Walling, Landscaping & perimeter fencing.
- 4no. hard surface ballcourts with 1no. grass playing pitch.
